If giving a numerically intensive exam, request extra rough sheets.
Follow invigilator’s instructions for seating.

5. Can I use a calculator during the exam?

Yes, you can use your own calculator.
A screen-based calculator and Microsoft Excel are also available on the exam system.

6. How do I manage my time during the exam?

Utilize the ‘Mark for Review’ checkbox for difficult questions and revisit them later.
Ensure you untick the ‘Mark for Review’ box before submission; otherwise, the system won’t allow you to submit the exam.
Attempt as many questions as possible, keeping negative marking in mind.

7. When will I receive my result and certificate?

After submitting the exam, you must fill out a feedback form.
Your score will be displayed on-screen immediately after submission.

Download and save the certificate for future use.

8. Can I apply for revaluation if I fail?

NISM does not provide detailed rechecking.
You will only know how many questions you attempted, how many were correct, and your final score after negative marking.
Retake the exam by re-registering if necessary.
